Do I have to exercise to lose weight on keto ?
Weight loss is 90% diet. Apart from accelerated weight loss, exercise has multiple other benefits as well. You don’t have to, but it’s recommended. Check the Exercise 101 module.
I'm constipated / I have loose motions on keto ... what to do ?
Constipation and Loose Motions is common during the early days of keto. Take 1/2 tsp of husk after each meal.
Make sure you’re having enough veggies. Probiotic foods like greek yogurt, pickle, kim chi help tons. Also seek over the counter probiotic tablets for the same.
I can't workout as much, my recovery is slow ... help ?
It will take 2-6 weeks for your body to adjust on keto. You will have mild drop in strength and a bit slower recovery time.
Make sure you’re well hydrated and take electrolytes. Your body will slow gain all it’s strength back once it learns to make energy efficiently out of fat.
Use a foam roller and get deep tissue massages to speed up recover. Make sure you’re sleeping well.
I'm feeling weak, do I have the keto flu ?
Some people get flu like symptoms during the first few days of keto. Stay hydrated, take your electrolytes and rest well. It shall pass quickly.
Can I Drink Alcohol on Keto?
Yes you may have hard liquors (whisky, rum, vodka etc … check or carbs) and small amounts of low carb wine. Make sure you take your salts and be well hydrated when you drink. Keep in mind you get high much more quickly and longer on a lowcarb / keto diet. Its 300%-400% more potent. So drink a fourth of what you usually drink. I cant stress this enough TAKE YOUR SALTS AND WATER. Alcohol dehydrates your body.
My drink of choice is usually lime soda salt with vodka. You can use tea and coffee for mixers and also sugar free sodas.

I'm peeing so often ... is this normal ?
Yes it is. During your initial days you’ll pee out your water weight. Make sure you stay hydrated and take your electrolytes.
